Talking about: Promoting Efficiency and Preserving Emotional Intelligence in an Increasingly Artificial World – How AI can Integrate into Collaborative Practice
Summary: How readily available AI tools can be used to assist with various aspects of a typical family law practice, with an emphasis on applications that will promote efficiency and preserve emotional intelligence in the collaborative process.
Bio: Cory Brandfon is a partner at Harris, Hunt & Derr, P.A. in Tampa. He earned his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and in 2014, his J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. Cory practices exclusively marital and family law, and he has consistently been recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for his work in these areas. Cory is the Past Chair of the Florida Bar Family Law Rules Committee, and he spearheaded the successful effort to permit the waiver of the filing of financial affidavits.
He is a member of the Legislation Committee of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar and of the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and he also currently serves as the Co-Programming Chair and Sponsorship Chair for the Stann Givens Inns of Court. Cory also co-authors chapters in multiple publications regarding marital and family law issues for The Florida Bar.
Most importantly, he is a husband, and he is a dad to a 1.5-year-old daughter.
